Only thing that is not working is the control panel on top (pictured).  It does not click closed.  It also has a small back panel piece that is not included (this is pictured as well).
 
This is perfected 1080p picture with amazing motion clarity.
 
Comes with power cord.
 
Does not come with Remote.  Remote is needed.  A Beo 4 with joystick or BeoRemote One will work.
