ynVISION (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with us.

1. SONOS Return Policy
- 14 Day Return and Exchange Policy. Returns and Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of product delivery.
- 15% Restocking Fee for opened product.
- Customer can initiate a refund via our website, or our customer service department (email or phone) and request a return authorization.  We will reply back with a free shipping label.

- Non-Opened items will be given a full refund.
- Opened items must be returned in like new condition free from physical defects with all accessories, documentation, and original box in order for a refund to be processed.

- Defective items can be returned for a full refund, even if opened.  Defective items can also be exchanged.

- Refunds take around 3 business days to process.

2. ynVISION TV Brackets, Speaker Floor Stands, and other ynVISION Branded Products

- 14 Day Return and Exchange Policy. Returns and Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of product delivery.
- No restocking fee on ynVISION branded products
- Customer can initiate a refund via our website, or our customer service department (email or phone) and request a return authorization.  We will reply back with a free shipping label.

- Refunds take around 3 business days to process.

 

3. Changes to This Return Policy

We may update this return policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Return Policy on our website and updating the effective date.
